Sell your artist cards at CVAC. Just $10 flat fee to place your cards in the Main Gallery. (No commission) Artists provide their own basket or bin. We are also accepting artist books for sale – we allow the same amount space for books as we do for an artist card bin. The Artist Card Show runs concurrently with the Lego Show & Six by Six … lots of reasons for folks to come by for last minute Holiday Shopping!

Registration & Payment Options:

1. Register using the Google Form here. Then follow up with any of these payment options:
   a) Phone with credit card 250.746.1633;
   b) E-transfer to gallery@cowichanvalleyartscouncil.ca – be sure to state “Artist Card Show” in the note;
   c) Register & pay in person at the CVAC galleries in the Community Centre 2687 James St. Duncan.
2. Download, print & complete the registration form available here. Scan & email it to us or drop it off in-person. Then follow up with payment by phone, etransfer or in-person (as above).
3. Hard copy, printed forms are also available in the Gallery.

Registration is confirmed once payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

Registration Deadline: December 5, 2024 or when capacity is reached.

Requirements & Restrictions: Maximum of 30 cards per artist at a single price point. Books alotted the same amount of space as cards. Remember to bring your own basket or bin. Ensure each card/book is clearly labelled with artist name & price.
