The Somenos Marsh Wildlife Society (SMWS) is pleased to host this year’s 3^rd annual  WildWings Nature of Cowichan Photography Exhibition and Sale & People’s Choice Awards as part of this year’s WildWings Nature & Arts Festival (WWNAF), an annual event that serves to bring attention to important Cowichan Valley ecosystems by celebrating the interconnections between nature, art, culture and community. (CVAC is a partner in Wild Wings this year)

This year’s WildWings Nature of Cowichan  Photography Exhibition and Sale will take place October 6^th to October 30^th at The Ainslie Restaurant in downtown Duncan (161 Kenneth Street). We will be showing 20-25 photographers this year. The People’s Choice Awards Reception will be Monday November 1 when the two most popular photographs, as selected by restaurant patrons, will be announced. The winners will receive local gift certificates. The reception will include appetizers by Chef Ian and music by John Wade and the WildWings trio.
