Immerse yourself in our first Women’s Art & Wellness Circle led by Donna Draper, MA.
Experience a nurturing blend of movement, mindfulness, story sharing, and art-making. The renewing energy of Summer and the colours of the season will be our inspiration.
Explore your creativity and connect with your body through gentle movement. Express yourself through art in a supportive and empowering environment.
Our art exploration will incorporate collage, paint, fabric, wool, mark making tools and a variety of embellishments! You will be guided to playfully create summer flowers and faces on paper and/or wood.
Together, we’ll cultivate a supportive community where women can come together to explore, create, and thrive.
Cost : CVAC Members $45 , Non Members $65
Your host is Donna Draper, MA. Donna is a healing arts practitioner, artist and mental health nurse and offers expressive arts and intuitive painting workshops in her studio and community venues. Donna integrates the exploration of art materials, creative process, and personal empowerment.
