Figure drawing is returning to the CVAC studio. This Fall we offer two sessions of 4 sittings each.
Figure drawing is open to artists of all levels who wish to practice. Enjoy working in a focused circle with experienced models. This is a non-instructional art opportunity, although some members may offer informal tutorials on technique from time to time. Bring your own drawing materials.
If you’re new to figure drawing here’s what it looks like:
Our studio is set up with drawing donkeys (easels with seats) in a circle around a small podium where the model is posing. We have a number of experienced models (male and female) whom we call on for theses sessions. The drawing times vary- some short sketches, some longer poses.
