In this uncertain time, simple art exercises can be the best way to ease anxiety. CVAC has recorded a special art therapy session for the whole community. Suitable for all ages, the session include three simple brain-healthy and fun exercises using basic supplies you have at home.  No special skill is required to enjoy the session. The session is led by local certified art therapist and registered clinical counsellor (BCACC), Jodi Strom, who has training as an artist and educator.
