GUIDELINES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
TEENY TINY Art WORKS – A Fine Art Gift Sale is open to Cowichan Valley Arts Council members. Non-members may purchase memberships here.
No commission is charged by CVAC. A 5% fee for use of the credit/debit machine will apply to all sales in this event.
Within 30 days of the sale of work(s), CVAC will pay the artist the net amount after applicable deduction(s). All taxes, if applicable must be included in the asking price of the piece.
Insurance is the responsibility of the artist.
One copy of the artist’s biography is required.
Artists may enter a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 items
Should 3 or more pieces be sold, the artist will be contacted and given the opportunity to replenish his stock, at a fee of $5.00 per item.
Limited art cards bundled in packages of 6 ($25.00) are accepted.
All works must be priced between $25 and $150
Each piece will be checked in upon delivery to PORTALS for the following: secure wiring, no saw-tooth or V clips, wire ends taped; canvas edges finished professionally painted or taped.
All artwork (including framing) must be no larger than 64 square inches- 8”x8” 2D; 8”x8”x8” 3D
Because art sales often involve a personal connection with the artist, all registrants will be asked to volunteer for a shift during the Teeny Tiny Art Works show.
