Yellow Point Lodge is always an interesting place I like to visit; to sit on the rocks watching the waves roll floating logs onto the shore. This painting is from a photo taken from just below the Lodge. The timber buildings along the seashore are intriguing and very old. It’s a wonder that they are still standing on the old timbers. Yellow Point has always been in my heart as a place to relax or go for long walks around the wooded areas. All this makes it a unique place to visit and or stay. It’s a good thing that our art group visit once a year for a luncheon and to walk the trails or just take in the views.
