My work uses vibrant colours to bring forth the exciting world of wildlife. Coloured Pencil is a slower, meticulous process with lots of detail. There are many layers of colour built up to bring the animal to life. It’s a snapshot of a fleeting look from their eyes and soul, that isn’t often seen in our daily lives. The moment of indecision, fight or flight, of the realization that they’ve been spotted. We, as humans, affect their lives dramatically and I hope to inspire people to explore and protect our wild places
