I took a human anthropology course, studying human evolution. This inspired me to start to collect monkeys and apes. Did you know that monkeys have tails and apes do not? I was very attracted to the idea of their connection to human evolution, humans and monkeys exist on the same evolutionary tree, but sit on different branches.
