I’ve been a photographer most of my life. This image is dedicated to our disappearing giant grandfathers. I went back to shoot this scene a couple years later, sadly, most of the trees were down. This embodies how quickly our oxygen life support system from old growth is disappearing. This was taken at a former Cathedral Grove which no longer exists.
