Are you inspired by the rich diversity of global cultures, the vastness of nature, or the adventures of travel? Submit your work for the World of Art Exhibition in the Main Gallery in August. This is a non-juried show & all mediums are welcome. CVAC has partnered with Pacific Arts & the Exhibition culminates with the World of Art Market & Fair on Aug. 16 & 17. Amplify your presence by exhibiting a piece in the Gallery and with a booth at the Fair in the Multipurpose Room.

Please note, registration for the Market and Fair is separate online here.

Fee: Artists may submit up to 3 pieces. Pricing varies depending on the number of pieces submitted: One Piece – $20 – Two Pieces – $35 – Three Pieces – $50

Registration Deadline: July 31, 2025 or when capacity is reached.

Drop Off: Aug 6 – 10 am – 2 pm

Show Dates: Aug 8 – 17, 2025

I agree: That the piece(s) I submitted is my original work, that is my idea, composition and image. The work is culturally appropriate in its content with images that I am authorized to use. CVAC reserves the right to disallow entries that are deemed offensive, or promote hate. Eligibility of any artwork is up to the discretion of CVAC. All art works are framed or suitably prepared for hanging per the CVAC website instructions. CVAC has the right to display the submissions online. To pay the Cowichan Valley Arts Council 25% commission on the sale of my work. That I am a member in good standing of CVAC.

Maximum Dimensions
Width: 48” or 1.2 metres, including frame, full width of triptychs, diptychs etc.
Height: 60” or 1.5 metres
Area: 2,880 square inches or 18,581 square centimetres
Sculptures & 3D: Tall items that sit on the floor, maximum floor space of 30” X 30” and must stand securely. We have a variety of plinth sizes – if your sculpture has a footprint of more than 18”X18”, or if you have any questions at all, please call 250.746.1633
